That’s why shipping is always free on any order over $49 — no hidden fees, no surprises.

We deliver our gourmet products anywhere within the continental United States, whether you order a single pack or a whole Ibérico ham.

📩 When We Ship Your Order

To ensure our refrigerated products arrive in perfect condition, we only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

This prevents packages from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend, which could compromise product quality.

What does this mean for you?

  • Orders placed Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before 10:00 PM (ET) are usually shipped the next day.

  • Orders placed Wednesday night, Thursday, Friday, or during the weekend will ship the following Monday.
    We do this to protect the product and make sure it reaches you exactly as it leaves our facility.

⏱ Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Since we ship from Texas:

  • East Coast: typically 2–3 days

  • Central & Western states: delivery may take a little longer due to distance
