PLACING AN ORDER

Our online shop is always open. You can order at any time, whether it’s a single pack of sliced jamón or a whole leg. Subscriptions for regular deliveries are also available. We accept all major credit cards. If you run into any issues at checkout, email us at support@beher.com and we’ll help you out.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. — always with free delivery. Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days. We ship from Florida, so East Coast deliveries often arrive in 2–3 days. For other areas, delivery might take a bit longer.

WHEN WE SHIP

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM (ET) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays ship the following Monday.

STOCK & AVAILABILITY

Our products are handcrafted in Guijelo, Spain, and shipped to our U.S. warehouse. While we do our best to keep everything in stock, occasional shortages can happen. If we’re out of stock after you've placed an order, we’ll notify you right away and issue a full refund.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We’ll do our best to honor any change or cancellation requests, but once your order is packed and labeled, it may not be possible to modify it due to our high-volume processing system.

EASY RETURNS

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase (though we doubt it), you can return it at no cost. Simply email us at returns@beher.com and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the product, we’ll issue a full refund — no hassle, no fees, no questions asked.

We take security seriously. Fraudulent orders — including those made under false names or using stolen payment info — will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
