Product temperature & storage

It is completely normal for your Beher order to arrive at room temperature. Our products are not affected by ambient temperatures below 59°F (15°C), so you can rest assured the quality is intact upon delivery.

To guarantee full shelf life, refrigerate as soon as possible after receipt.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, exposed to excessive heat, or missing items, document the issue immediately so we can file a claim with UPS.

Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, the products, and any visible damage — before opening or handling the shipment further.

Keep all original packaging materials, as UPS may require them as part of the claims process.

Contact us at marketingusa@beher.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching the documentation.

How to request a return

Email us at marketingusa@beher.com to initiate your return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid return label.

You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to submit your return request.

Condition of returned products

Returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

Unopened Original packaging Not damaged Not soiled Opened items Damaged on return
Ensure products are adequately protected and sealed before shipping back. Beher reserves the right to charge for costs if returned items are not in perfect condition.

Refund & shipping costs

Once returned products are received and their condition verified, a refund will be issued for the corresponding units to the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are equivalent to the standard postal rate and may vary depending on the nature of each product.
