Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind every product we ship — and your satisfaction is our top priority.
It is completely normal for your Beher order to arrive at room temperature. Our products are not affected by ambient temperatures below 59°F (15°C), so you can rest assured the quality is intact upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, exposed to excessive heat, or missing items, document the issue immediately so we can file a claim with UPS.
Email us at marketingusa@beher.com to initiate your return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid return label.
Returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
Once returned products are received and their condition verified, a refund will be issued for the corresponding units to the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
