Beher Full Process Control
At Beher we control the entire production chain. From the breeding of the Iberian pigs in our own farms with a controlled feed, elaborated by ourselves and adapted to each stage of growth of the animals. To a series of facilities and dryers in Guijuelo that allow us to carry out a traditional and natural curing of all our products.
Since 1930 to the Present
A legacy of four generations started by Bernardo Hernández at the beginning of the century and which has kept alive the essence and respect for the Iberian tradition, becoming the most awarded Jamon in the world.
